To assist you with event planning a Conference Services Manager serves as your main point of contact between the BCC staff and the event planner. The CSM creates your Meeting Event Order detailing the logistics, exhibit requirements, room sets, and business services, schedules a pre-meeting, conducts a site visit and provides on site assistance.
