Technical Equipment and Support
LCD projectors ranging from 1200 to 3000 ANSI Lumens and featuring keystone correction maximize illumination of your presentation and provide visibility for everyone present.
Presenters requiring a laptop computer need to have the presentation on a floppy disk, CD or USB Portable Storage Device. It is advisable to inquire in advance about equipment availability.
E-mail data ports are conveniently located adjacent to the meeting rooms. Conference attendees who have wireless cards can make arrangements with the Center's A/V technicians before the event to configure the Laptops with the proper SSID codes.
You can connect to our T1 if you have a computer with an Ethernet connection. We will provide the cable so you can check your e-mail, surf the web, and connect to your VPN.
ASCE and the Conference Center employ an in-house team with expertise in all areas to assist with your requirements. All equipment is state-of-the-art and regularly maintained in order to meet user needs.
